Laxblomma med färskost, örter & Äpple rökt salt

Ingredienser (2–4 portioner)

150–200 g rökt lax (tunna skivor)

300 g färskost

2 msk finhackad rödlök

2 msk finhackad gräslök

Friends & Deli Äpple rökta salt

Så gör du

1. Bred ut färskosten på en tallrik i en mjuk, rund form.

2. När du gjort klar alla ”bladen” av cream cheese lägger du en liten bit lax i varje blad.

3. Toppa med rödlök, gräslök och avsluta med Friends & Deli Äpple rökta salt.

Servering

Servera med rostat surdegsbröd, knäckebröd, kex eller crostinis. Enjoy!

Salmon Flower with Cream Cheese, Herbs & Apple Smoked Salt

A simple dish that feels like something from a restaurant – created to inspire, share and enjoy.

Ingredients (2–4 servings)

150–200 g smoked salmon (thin slices)

300 g cream cheese

2 tbsp finely chopped red onion

2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Instructions

1. Spread the cream cheese onto a plate in a soft, round shape.

2. When you’ve shaped the leaves of cream cheese add the salmon in small pieces in each leaf. 

3. Top with red onion, chives, and finish with Friends & Deli Apple Smoked Salt.

Serving

Serve with toasted sourdough, crispbread, or crostini. Enjoy!
