A delightful raspberry vinegar with a wonderful aroma of sun-ripened raspberries, offering a fresh acidity and a sweet-tart raspberry flavour wherever you want that extra touch of berry brightness.

Perfect for creating vinaigrettes with a fruity twist, adding freshness to desserts and ice cream, drizzling over salads with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts, or finishing beans and roasted vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with chicken, veal cutlets, calf’s liver, foie gras, smoked duck breast and chicken liver, and works exceptionally well as a flavour enhancer in pickling.
